Royal Island is situated on the northeastern fringes of Baa Atoll, Just 30 minutes flight from Airport or 160 minutes by speedboat. The island is 220 meters wide and 800 meters long. All of 148 spacious Beach villas and 2 Presidential suits are attractively designed with modern amenities and are scattered around the sandy beaches. The Island is fabricated with attractive sugar white sandy beaches, set among the lush tropical vegetation with majestic coconut palm plantation and the warm, crystal-clear, waters make for superb underwater visibility, revealing a giant living aquarium, teeming with rainbow-colored fish and fascinating marine life. Royal Island certainly sets the standards for an ultimate get away from all, to a tropical holiday.
Accommodation
Featuring 150 BEACH bungalows on the island, Where 148 are BEACH Villa's with 2 Presidential SUITES; which blend harmoniously with the lush tropical vegetation. As you could see from both the side pictures; all the bungalows are tastefully constructed in wood and are only meters from the warm tropical waters and the beautiful white sandy beach that circles the island. All of our bungalows feature air-conditioning, mini bar, IDD telephone, satellite TV and private outdoor shower. Royal Island will feature all the facilities and amenities that you would expect from a 5 star International Resort.

RESTAURANT: The main restaurant is the makana restaurant. All the types of meals will be taken from this restaurant and it is buffet type. There is another five star asian restaurant which serves all mainly asian spice. There is a separate coffee shop to have coffee any time you wish to cool your self down. Theme buffets in the main restaurant: Coffee shop and "Sunset bar" for snacks in-between and a drink during sunset. Free Tea or Coffee within Demand to cool your self down. "Abandoned Ship Deck" - the popular meeting place in the evening. Pool bar counter - refresh yourself both inside and outside. Barbecue on the beach under the stars. RECREATIONAL FACILITIES: GYMNASIUM: The Gymnasium is well equipped with modern exercise machines. Qualified & experience instructors to guide and assist you. Start with suitable program that is suitable to satisfy your need. AEROBICS: Shake your body with the channel music and bring your muscle to shape with the help of a professional aerobic instructor. Make your reservation in advance. TENNIS: Show us your talent in how much power you’ve got within you. Floodlit hard tennis court (2 nos) with standard facilities. Floodlit tennis will be charged at US$5.00 per hour. Choose your time and make your reservation in advance. SQUASH: Floodlit indoor court with the standard facilities, choose your time and make reservation. BADMINTON: Enjoy this enthusiastic sports at every time when you feel lonely, no need for an advance reservation. As soon as the courts are free, Hop in and Enjoy!! FUN PUB: Enjoy the nightlife of entertainment here at Fun Pub; BILLIARD and SNOOKER are free of charge. Groom with the music and take it to maximum. Our “Boli” bar will offer you variety of cocktails of your choices.
